Students and young energy professionals (recent graduates) are invited to register their intend to participate in the masterclass, either through us or their respective universities or student organisations, also posting this masterclass. Due to the limited number of places, a selection of applicants is inivited to attend. The masterclass will take place at Huys Clingendael from 16.30-18.30.

  

 

Christof  Rühl is Chief Economist of BP. He joined BP in 2005. From 1998 to 2005, he was at the World Bank, where from 2001 to 2005 he served as the Bank’s Chief Economist in Russia and Brazil. Before that he was a professor of economics at UCLA (from 1991) and worked in the Office of the Chief Economist at the EBRD (from 1996). His area of specialization is macroeconomics and energy economics, and he has published widely in these fields.
